Miles currently serves as the Cheif Executive Officer and Executive Director of The Ranch. He is a co-owner of Onsite, an experiential therapeutic based workshop center. He also co-owns HFS, a commercial real estate development company. Miles brings a diverse background in marketing, sales, management, public relations, broadcasting and business deveopment. He has previously held positions such as director of intake and admissions, marketing director, and director of business development in the mental health/ addiction treatment fields. He has also trained in the Systemic, Johnson, and Arise models of therapeutic intervention and motivational interviewing. Miles worked in the sports and oil industries prior to a life changing transformation where he discovered his true passion of leading and motivating people into positive change. He also enjoys training and spending time with his horses and actively studies horse/ human, predator/ prey relationship behaviors and equine therapy.
